Silver Mouse opened in 2000, while founder Opal Aristizabal was working on her degree at the University of Waterloo.
As Opal's reputation for providing quick, solid solutions to online issues grew, Silver Mouse became a provider of technical communication and web design to an expanding group of companies in Kitchener, Waterloo, and Guelph.
